As the largest combined children’s zoo and wildlife park on Long Island, we offer families a natural environment where they can learn about wildlife and animals through education and entertainment. Our dedicated staff and volunteers regularly attend training courses through a variety of organizations like San Diego Wildlife Academy, and American Association of Zookeepers, as well as the non-profit Zoological Association of America, of which Long Island Game Farm is a proud member.
GIVING BACK
In 2023, Long Island Game Farm launched a new nonprofit, Foundation for Wildlife Sustainability, with a mission to connect people with wildlife and the natural environment, and to support the work of the game farm.
Long Island Game Farm regularly donates to Giraffe Conservation Foundation, the only NGO in the world that concentrates solely on the conservation and management of giraffe in the wild throughout Africa. Text Test.
